Returns — Within 14 Days

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original, resaleable condition

  • With all original tags attached

Please pack your items carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.

In-Store Exchanges — Within 14 Days

Need a different size? We offer in-store size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

To exchange an item, please visit our Toronto store with your packing list and a valid form of identification.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are available in-store only and for size changes only.

  • We do not offer exchanges through our online store.

  • We do not offer store credit.

  • Online orders cannot be refunded in-store.

Sale Items — Final Sale

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email esanti@edwin-northamerica.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

  2. Pack your items: Make sure they are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and securely packaged.

  3. Ship your return to:

US Returns — Customs & Duties

For all returns shipped from the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.

Packages arriving with unpaid duties will be refused.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs and any differences due to currency fluctuations are non-refundable.
